Job summary

CVS Health Corporation invites a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply classroom learning to real-world pharmacy practice. Under a preceptor, you’ll follow a structured training roadmap, participate in key learning experiences, and support operations to ensure safe, accurate prescriptions and compassionate service.

This part-time internship emphasizes patient care, SOP adherence, immunization exposure where allowed, and development toward pharmacist responsibilities within CVS Health stores.

Qualifications

• ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy enrollment or attendance.
• Valid intern and/or technician licensure as required by state.
• Eligibility for pharmacy internship at CVS Health.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to support pharmacists and technicians.
• Assist with prescription fulfillment and patient interactions with empathy.
• Counsel patients when appropriate under supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
• Participate in training roadmap and KLEs to build clinical and operational knowledge.
