Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Michigan's Lincoln Park area is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to support our pharmacy teams in retail locations, building essential skills under the supervision of licensed pharmacists.

You will participate in a comprehensive training roadmap, assist with patient counseling, immunizations where allowed, manage prescriptions, and help maintain safety and accuracy across activities.

Qualifications

• Accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist patients.
• Counsel patients and field questions under supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
• Support immunizations and other services where permitted by state law and training.
