Job summary

CVS Health in Michigan is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to support our pharmacy teams across routine tasks and patient care under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. As part of our internship program, you will engage in immunizations and patient interactions, follow SOPs, and contribute to safe prescription fulfillment while building hands-on skills for increased responsibility.

Qualifications

• Accepted into, or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to assist pharmacists and technicians.
• Fulfill prescriptions safely and accurately per workflow.
• Counsel and support patients, including immunization services when allowed.
• Assist with inventory tasks and cycle counts.
• Maintain patient privacy and comply with all laws and CVS policies.
