Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to support our pharmacy teams in CVS retail locations in Minnesota. You will complete a comprehensive training roadmap, contribute to safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, and assist with immunizations under supervision.

This part-time role offers exposure to patient care, adherence to SOPs, and the chance to develop skills for increased responsibility within a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy enrollment or acceptance.
Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, intern/technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

Complete comprehensive training roadmap with KLEs; grow clinical and technical knowledge.
Support pharmacy team to ensure safe and effective operations, patient safety, and compliance.
Counsel patients, handle telephonic prescriptions when allowed, and assist in immunizations.
Assist in inventory activities and maintain accuracy in dispensing and records.
