Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Illinois is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to gain hands‑on experience in a retail pharmacy setting. Under the guidance of a licensed pharmacist, you will support the team in prescription processing, patient counseling, immunizations when eligible, and SOP adherence while rotating through store operations across markets.

You will complete a structured training roadmap, develop clinical and operational skills, and prepare for a pharmacist role while delivering

Qualifications

• ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy enrollment.
• Valid intern and/or technician licensure in progress.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure accurate, safe prescription fulfillment.
• Follow SOPs at each workstation and support pharmacists/technicians.
• Provide compassionate customer service and support immunizations where allowed.
• Travel to stores across the market as needed to cover shifts.
