Job summary

CVS Health in Michigan is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to support pharmacy teams and develop clinical and technical skills. You will assist with prescription fulfillment, patient interactions, and supervised immunization activities where allowed by law.

This part-time internship emphasizes learning under licensed pharmacists, adherence to SOPs, and ongoing training across stores in the market to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Must be accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflows to assist pharmacists and technicians with patient care.
• Counsel patients when appropriate under supervision and answer medical questions.
• Assist with immunizations and point-of-care services where allowed by state law.
• Perform inventory tasks and support a high-performing pharmacy team.
• Remain flexible with scheduling and travel to stores in the market as needed.

ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy

Valid intern and/or technician licensure
