CVS Health Corporation is offering a US Non-Accredited Foreign Graduate program to support pharmacy internship hours and licensure readiness. Trainees will work under a preceptor to develop clinical and operational skills, with emphasis on safe, accurate pharmacy practice and patient care.

Successful completion requires passing required licensure exams and internship within specified timelines, while contributing to a caring, inclusive pharmacy team in our retail stores.

Qualifications

• Foreign Graduate from a Non-US Accredited college
• FPGEC certification
• Pharmacist licensure in the state within 120 days of internship
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, intern/technician licensure as required

Responsabilités

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately
• Follow SOPs and workflows at each workstation to support pharmacists and technicians
• Counsel patients and field medical questions under supervision of a licensed pharmacist
• Take telephonic prescriptions when allowed by state regulations and clarify prescriptions with prescribers
• Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to pharmacy staff as directed by leadership
• Participate in inventory activities and assist with regulatory compliance
