CVS Health is offering a training pathway for US Non-Accredited Foreign Graduates to become Pharmacists. Under a preceptor, you will complete your required US internship hours and prepare for licensure exams, applying didactic learning to real-world pharmacy practice and patient care.

Throughout the program you will learn to operate within SOPs, support immunizations where allowed, contribute to a safe and inclusive culture, and develop leadership and clinical skills across store operations.

Qualifications

• Foreign graduate from a non-US accredited college before starting US training program
• FPGEC certification
• Pharmacist licensure in the target state within 120 days of completing US intern hours; failure to licensure leads to separation
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining intern/technician licensure

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment
• Provide empathetic customer service and support the pharmacy team
• Counsel patients and answer medical questions under supervision of a licensed pharmacist
• Assist in immunization services where certified and permitted by state regulations
• Maintain inventory and assist in coaching and mentoring pharmacy staff
