Job summary

CVS Health is offering a US Non-Accredited Foreign Graduate program to help foreign pharmacy graduates complete US internship hours and achieve Pharmacist licensure within the required timelines. You will learn under a preceptor, complete a structured learning plan, and rotate through pharmacy operations to build clinical and leadership skills.

Engage in hands-on practice, SOP adherence, and patient-centered care while preparing for licensure exams.

Qualifications

• Foreign Graduate from a Non‑US Accredited college for pharmacy, before US training program at CVS
• FPGEC certification required
• Pharmacist licensure in the state within 120 days of completing US Intern hours; failure to obtain licensure may lead to separation
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining intern/technician licensure as required

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to support pharmacists and technicians
• Adhere to pharmacy workflow procedures for safe prescription fulfillment
• Provide empathetic patient service and assist with immunizations and services
• Counsel patients and obtain medical history as appropriate under supervision
• Assist with telephonic prescriptions and clarify with prescribers when allowed
• Coach and mentor staff; share best practices
• Perform basic inventory tasks and keep records accurate
• Contribute to a high-performing, growth-minded team
• Be flexible with scheduling and travel to stores in the market as needed
• Comply with all laws, regulations, and CVS policies for patient safety and privacy
