Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking an Associate Director, Pharmacy Innovation & Implementation to advance J&J’s pharmacy capabilities, delivering personalized, seamless experiences for patients across the portfolio. You will identify capabilities, partners, and innovative program approaches to lead a best-in-class patient engagement strategy through specialty channels.

Qualifikationen

• PharmD or BSPharm with active pharmacist license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 5+ years in health care, pharmaceutical, patient services or related business.
• Ability to work from Titusville, NJ; Horsham, PA; or Pittsburgh, PA and travel up to 25%.

• Refine pharmacy capability and strategy using accreditation principles and industry trends.
• Monitor patient-experience metrics aligned with needs and brand objectives.
• Lead continuous optimization of operations using patient analytics and VOC data.
• Evolve data sources and analytics to uncover patient journey insights across JP brands.
• Monitor policy trends and emerging channels to inform program changes and network design.
• Lead business partners and project teams in a matrixed environment, with or without direct reports.
• Foster a culture of learning, inclusion and ethical leadership.
