Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, based in Titusville, NJ, seeks a leaders who will drive the Access Therapy Center (ATC) innovation portfolio within Innovative Medicine’s noncommercial pharmacy arm. You will build strategy, align cross-functional partners, and evolve capabilities to improve patient access, engagement, and outcomes.

The role oversees governance, investment planning, and implementation of technology and process improvements across pharmacy solutions, with a focus on compliant, patient-centered

Qualifications

• PharmD or BSPharm degree and an active, unrestricted pharmacist license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in pharmacy, health care, pharmaceuticals, patient services, access, technology enabled transformation or a related field.
• Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives from strategy through implementation and optimization.

Responsibilities

• ATC innovation strategy and capability roadmap: set long-term vision and priorities for ATC innovation.
• Capability implementation and launch readiness: design and implement ATC capabilities with cross-functional teams.
• Portfolio investment and demand planning: coordinate budget planning and capacity needs across the ATC portfolio.
• Pharmacy capability innovation: advance a portfolio including digital engagement, e-prescriptions and automation.
