Jupiter Medical Center in Florida seeks a Systems Analyst to support pharmacy information systems and training for staff. You will ensure seamless integration with Omnicell and Cerner, manage daily system checks, and coordinate with Nursing and IT to resolve issues.

Strong communication and pharmacy process knowledge are essential. Experience in hospital pharmacy is required, with licensing progress for Pharmacy Technician license within 3 months.

Competenze

• Must have at least 3 years of hospital pharmacy experience.
• Pharmacy Technician License or ability to become licensed within 3 months.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
• Proficient with Windows-style applications and role-specific software.
• Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of pharmacy processes.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Mansioni

• Maximize functionality of pharmacy information systems and their integration with other informatics systems.
• Serve as a technical resource and assist training of pharmacy staff.
• Perform duties to support system functionality and accuracy of data across Cerner/Omnicell.
• Daily checks of Omnicell connections, reports, and access control; coordinate with Nursing and IT as needed.
• Weekly and monthly dashboard updates, usage reports, and exception/reconciliation processes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
