Responsibilities
- Participate in planning, analysis, design, testing, and implementation of pharmacy computer systems like Epic Willow.
- Serve as a resource for Pharmacist Informatics Specialists during updates or issues.
- Optimize operational workflows in inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Maintain data integrity and system reliability through maintenance and upgrades.
- Provide training and support to pharmacy staff on system usage.
