Responsibilities

Serve as a resource for Pharmacist Informatics Specialists during updates or issues.
Optimize operational workflows in inpatient and outpatient settings.
Maintain data integrity and system reliability through maintenance and upgrades.
Provide training and support to pharmacy staff on system usage.
