Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Pharmacy Informatics Specialist in Columbus, OH, offering a hybrid work arrangement. You will serve as a clinical, operational, and technology SME to optimize medication management through Intelliguard solutions, guiding customers through implementations and adoption.

The role requires PharmD or CPhT with 5+ years hospital pharmacy experience and knowledge of pharmacy automation, inventory management, and healthcare tech systems.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT).
  • 5+ years hospital or health-system pharmacy experience.
  • Experience with pharmacy automation, inventory management, medication distribution, or healthcare technology systems.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support customer implementations, onboarding, and go-live activities.

About the role:

The Pharmacy Informatics Specialist serves as a clinical, operational, and technology subject matter expert, helping healthcare organizations optimize medication management through implementation and adoption of Intelliguard solutions.


What You'll Be Doing:

Key Responsibilities

Support customer implementations, onboarding, and go-live activities


Assess pharmacy workflows and recommend operational improvements

Required Qualifications

  • Hybrid role in Columbus, OH (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
