Job summary

Intelliguard is seeking a Pharmacy Informatics Specialist to optimize medication management for healthcare organizations through implementation and adoption of Intelliguard solutions. You will serve as a clinical, operational, and technology SME, guiding workflows, inventory, and compliance.

The role requires PharmD or CPhT with 5+ years in hospital pharmacy, experience with pharmacy automation, and strong communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Requires Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT).
• At least 5+ years of hospital or health-system pharmacy experience.
• Experience with pharmacy automation, inventory management, medication distribution, or healthcare technology systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as clinical, operational, and technology SME to optimize medication management during implementation and adoption of Intelliguard solutions.
• Assess pharmacy workflows and recommend operational improvements.
• Provide guidance on inventory management, medication tracking, diversion prevention, and compliance best practices.
• Deliver customer training and adoption support.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide customer and workflow insights.
• Participate in product testing, validation, and enhancement initiatives.
• Support customer-facing presentations and industry events.

About The Role

The Pharmacy Informatics Specialist serves as a clinical, operational, and technology subject matter expert, helping healthcare organizations optimize medication management through implementation and adoption of Intelliguard solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

Required Qualifications

Other Information

• Hybrid role in Columbus, OH (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
• Relocation assistance is NOT available for this role.
• The essential functions of the job are usually performed in an office setting, in an indoor, temperature controlled environment. The office environment noise level in the work environment is typically low to moderate. While performing the job duties, the employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods, standing and walking intermittently, reach with hands, arms, talk or hear.
