Job summary

Intelliguard is seeking a Pharmacy Informatics Specialist to optimize medication management for healthcare organizations through implementation and adoption of Intelliguard solutions. You will serve as a clinical, operational, and technology SME, guiding workflows, inventory, and compliance.

The role requires PharmD or CPhT with 5+ years in hospital pharmacy, experience with pharmacy automation, and strong communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

Requires Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT).
At least 5+ years of hospital or health-system pharmacy experience.
Experience with pharmacy automation, inventory management, medication distribution, or healthcare technology systems.

Responsibilities

Serve as clinical, operational, and technology SME to optimize medication management during implementation and adoption of Intelliguard solutions.
Assess pharmacy workflows and recommend operational improvements.
Provide guidance on inventory management, medication tracking, diversion prevention, and compliance best practices.
Deliver customer training and adoption support.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide customer and workflow insights.
Participate in product testing, validation, and enhancement initiatives.
Support customer-facing presentations and industry events.
