Job summary

Intelliguard is seeking a Pharmacy Informatics Specialist to optimize medication management for healthcare organizations through implementation and adoption of Intelliguard solutions. The role combines clinical, operational, and technology expertise.

Responsibilities include supporting customer implementations, assessing workflows, and guiding inventory management and compliance. Collaboration with Product and Engineering teams is essential, with opportunities to influence product testing and

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) required.
  • 5+ years hospital or health-system pharmacy experience.
  • Experience with pharmacy automation, inventory management, medication distribution, or healthcare technology systems.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Provide guidance on inventory management, medication tracking, diversion prevention, and compliance best practices.
  • Deliver customer training and adoption support.

  • Participate in product testing, validation, and enhancement initiatives.
  • Support customer-facing presentations and industry events.

About The Role

The Pharmacy Informatics Specialist serves as a clinical, operational, and technology subject matter expert, helping healthcare organizations optimize medication management through implementation and adoption of Intelliguard solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Hybrid role in Columbus, OH (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
  • Relocation assistance is NOT available for this role.
