Job summary

Intelliguard Group, LLC in Columbus, OH is recruiting a Pharmacy Informatics Specialist to help healthcare organizations optimize medication management through implementing Intelliguard solutions.

You will support customer implementations, assess pharmacy workflows, guide inventory and medication tracking, deliver training, and collaborate with Product and Engineering on workflow insights and testing.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist with PharmD or CPhT credential and active licensure.
• Minimum 5 years hospital or health-system pharmacy experience.
• Experience with pharmacy automation, inventory management or healthcare IT.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support customer implementations, onboarding, and go-live activities.
• Assess pharmacy workflows and recommend operational improvements.
• Provide guidance on inventory management, medication tracking, and compliance.
• Deliver customer training and adoption support.

About the role:

The Pharmacy Informatics Specialist serves as a clinical, operational, and technology subject matter expert, helping healthcare organizations optimize medication management through implementation and adoption of Intelliguard solutions.

What You'll Be Doing:

Key Responsibilities

• Support customer implementations, onboarding, and go-live activities
• Assess pharmacy workflows and recommend operational improvements
• Provide guidance on inventory management, medication tracking, diversion prevention, and compliance best practices
• Deliver customer training and adoption support
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide customer and workflow insights
• Participate in product testing, validation, and enhancement initiatives
• Support customer-facing presentations and industry events

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
• 5 years hospital or health-system pharmacy experience
• Experience with pharmacy automation, inventory management, medication distribution, or healthcare technology systems
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Other Information:

• Hybrid role in Columbus, OH (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
• Relocation assistance is NOT available for this role.
