Qualifikationen

• Requires a college four-year degree or a minimum of 5 years' experience in client services or project management.
• Experience working in Pharmacy Operations/Technology and/or project management work history.
• Ongoing learning in the pharmacy industry and product knowledge development in PBM, pharmacy practices, and company capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Oversee successful onboarding of large complex clients with unique service requirements and provide program level PM leadership.
• Serve as primary Implementation operations contact for strategic partners and support Sales activities.
• Lead project management for key strategic clients/partner implementations and initiatives.
• Maintain detailed project plans, gather requirements, run status meetings, and report on project health.
• Facilitate interdepartmental communication across Finance, IT, Mail Pharmacy Operations, Specialty Pharmacy Operations, Hub Services, and others.
