Cencora is seeking an experienced business coach to serve independent pharmacy networks, provide expert guidance on store operations and growth strategies, and collaborate with leadership to optimize client outcomes. You will manage CRM activities, prepare strategic reports, and drive program adoption across multiple pharmacy locations.

Qualifications

• Broad training in business, sales, marketing, or related fields.
• Bachelor's Degree required; 7+ years of industry experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, to diverse audiences.
• Strong knowledge of retail pharmacy trends and profitability strategies.
• Proven track record in driving client-facing outcomes and program adoption.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and advise independently owned pharmacy operators on store operations and business strategies.
• Coordinate with coaching coordinators to ensure market coverage and client communication.
• Build and maintain productive client relationships to drive profitability and retention.
• Lead complex client interactions and guide in-store implementations of programs.
• Maintain CRM records, prepare reports, and provide data-driven insights.
• Travel up to 75%+ within the assigned territory and attend conferences as needed.
