The ideal candidate will have extensive industry knowledge and a proven track record in enhancing customer retention and engagement. Responsibilities include serving as a subject matter expert, collaborating with business coaches, and generating insightful reports. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least seven years of related experience, along with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, or similar vocations.
• Seven (7) years of industry experience and/or progressively responsible experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an instructor and subject matter expert on independent pharmacy operations.
• Collaborate with business coaching leadership on customer engagement.
• Enhance customer retention through strategic relationships.
• Compile pharmacy data for report preparation.
• Guide in-store implementations and ensure execution.
