Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree from outside the U.S. and FPGEC certification required.
• Intern permit/certificate as required by the state.
• Willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure within 45 days of intern hours.

Responsibilities

• Counsel patients on medication usage, interactions, and safety.
• Perform compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Dispense prescribed medications accurately and adhere to regulations.
• Assist in maintaining efficient pharmacy workflow and inventory management.
• Provide immunizations and preventive health services where appropriate.
