Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited university outside the United States.
• Foreign Pharmacist Graduate Equivalency Certificate (FPGEC) obtained.
• Intern permit/certificate issued by the respective Board of Pharmacy, if required.
• Willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure in the district within 45 days of completion of intern hours.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Counsels patients on usage, side effects, interactions, and medication management.
• Performs compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and supports pharmacy manager in workflow and inventory.
• Assists in KPI review and community outreach to promote the pharmacy business.
• Opens and closes the pharmacy and handles shift changes.
