Job summary

Qualifications

• FPGEC certification for international graduates pursuing licensure.
• Intern permit/certificate required by the applicable Board of Pharmacy.
• Willingness to obtain pharmacy licensure within 45 days of internship hours.
• Certified Immunizer or readiness to become one within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Counsel patients on medicine usage, interactions, and side effects.
• Perform compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification and management.
• Dispense prescribed meds accurately and review for safety and efficacy.
• Ensure regulatory and policy compliance and optimize workflow.
• Provide immunizations and wellness services; educate customers on programs.
• Assist in inventory, financial metrics, and community health outreach.
