Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a supervisor to oversee the fulfillment center team, providing daily support to pharmacy fulfillment staff to ensure a first-in-class experience for Walgreens patients and customers. You will monitor day-to-day activities and coach team members to meet quality standards.

The role emphasizes coaching and development, performance reviews, and process improvements, with a focus on compliance with federal, state, and local laws as well as Walgreens policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or HS diploma with 4+ years in fulfillment/logistics.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing resolutions.
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, meeting quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Resolves and/or provides technical advice on complex or critical issues.
• Determines and initiates appropriate resolution for escalations; reports issues as needed.
• Supervises daily activities of all team members for scheduled shift and provides feedback and coaching.
• Coaches and develops team members and leads; conducts performance reviews.
• Looks for ways to improve processes and suggests enhancements.
• Maintains relationships with management to meet department and company objectives.
• Ensures compliance with laws and Walgreens policies and productivity/security guidelines.
