Job summary

Dragonfly Health in Memphis, TN is seeking a Fulfillment Pharmacist to lead dispensing operations and ensure safe, accurate medication delivery for patients served at home and in care settings.

You will review prescriptions, collaborate with prescribers and pharmacy staff, and oversee technicians to uphold quality standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • PharmD or PharmD-equivalent education from an accredited college of pharmacy.
  • Eligibility to participate in federal prescription programs (Medicare/Medicaid).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.
  • Experience in high-volume community, mail order, or fulfillment pharmacy.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately dispense prescription medications in compliance with federal and state regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
  • Review and verify prescriptions for dosage accuracy, interactions, and contraindications based on patient factors.
  • Provide oversight and guidance for pharmacy technicians to ensure accurate preparation and packaging of medications.
  • Maintain complete documentation for prescriptions, inventory, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with prescribers, leadership, and team members to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Participate in audits and quality initiatives to enhance workflows and patient safety.
