Job summary

Dragonfly Health seeks a Lead Fulfillment Technician to coordinate daily prescription fulfillment and ensure timely, accurate processing. You will guide technicians, troubleshoot workflows, and collaborate with pharmacists to optimize operations.

The role requires an active Pharmacy Technician license and at least 1 year of experience, with leadership or training experience viewed favorably. This is a dynamic role within a growing home-healthcare platform.

Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the dispensing state.
  • At least 1 year of Pharmacy Technician experience.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy fulfillment workflows and technician responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily fulfillment workflow, priorities, and coverage to ensure prescriptions are processed safely, accurately, and on time.
  • Monitor workload and adjust technician assignments and workstation coverage as needed.
  • Remain hands-on in fulfillment and serve as a resource for workflow questions and complex processing issues.
  • Troubleshoot operational challenges, workflow interruptions, system issues, and barriers to timely fulfillment.
  • Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of Fulfillment Technicians.
  • Partner with supervisors and pharmacists on scheduling needs, initiatives, special projects, and process improvements.
  • Maintain proficiency across fulfillment functions to assist and ensure continuity of pharmacy operations.

What you will do

  • Remain hands-on in fulfillment while serving as a go-to resource for workflow questions and more complex processing issues.
  • Troubleshoot operational challenges, workflow interruptions, system issues, and other barriers that could impact timely fulfillment.
  • Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of Fulfillment Technicians while reinforcing standard processes and quality expectations.
  • Partner with supervisors and pharmacists on scheduling needs, operational initiatives, special projects, and process improvements.
  • Maintain proficiency across fulfillment functions so you can step in where needed and help ensure continuity of pharmacy operations
What we look for
  • Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of dispensing.
  • At least one year of Pharmacy Technician experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of pharmacy fulfillment workflows and technician responsibilities.
  • Previous experience as a lead, trainer, subject-matter resource, or go-to team resource is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A self-motivated, dependable team player who can work with limited direction, exercise sound judgment, and adapt to changing workflow needs.
