Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy of Minnesota in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a motivated supervisor to oversee fulfillment technicians and ensure quality, production and timely service. You will schedule staff, monitor daily activities, and maintain accuracy.

The role requires a high school diploma, pharmacy technician credentials, and 5+ years of related experience. Starting pay ranges from $25 to $27 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within a national network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration required per state.
• National Certification (PTCB) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, manage, and schedule technicians to ensure adequate coverage and productivity.
• Develop training materials for departments and update as needed.
• Evaluate and modify workflow processes to meet deadlines, accuracy and efficiency targets.
• Ensure medications are complete and accurate prior to scheduled departures for courier delivery.
• Assign and manage work volume to maximize productivity and accuracy.
• Oversee daily automation audits to ensure proper packaging and filling of medications.
