Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support our Micro Fulfillment Center operations in Northlake, TX. The role assists pharmacists, mana g es prescriptions, and helps coach technicians to ensure accurate dispensing and efficient workflow.

You will maintain pharmacy systems, verify patient and drug information, and contribute to quality improvement while delivering a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active state pharmacy license in good standing is required.
• PTCB or ExCPT certification is required (except in Puerto Rico).
• Minimum of one year of experience as a pharmacy technician in retail fulfillment or hospital setting.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing prescriptions and operating pharmacy systems.
• Coach and support technicians and fulfillment specialists.
• Ensure timely and accurate prescription filling, counting and verification.
• Adhere to Pharmacy Code of Conduct and company policies.
• Help maintain inventory management and stock in the Micro Fulfillment Center.
• Deliver a positive customer experience through professional service.
