Job summary

Kenvue Pharmacy Representative is responsible for liaising with healthcare professionals in pharmacies within Bucharest districts 2, 3, 4, Giurgiu and Arges County. You will plan, visit and follow up on established and new accounts, acting as a strategic partner and advisor to grow the brand presence.

Join a global team, travel as needed, and drive key account plans with in-store visibility initiatives and targeted demonstrations. Fluency in English and strong relationship skills are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• 2+ years in health care industry (OTC or dermocosmetics preferred).
• 2+ years of Sales, Medical Detailing, or Account Management experience.
• Fluency in English (oral & written).
• Strong computer skills: MS Teams, Zoom, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint; iOS apps.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Act as Kenvue ambassador and promote brand value to pharmacy accounts.
• Present products and services as best value to predefined accounts per guidelines.
• Deliver a personal operational plan aligned with brand priorities.
• Build relationships with key decision makers for new and established accounts.
• Plan and conduct regular pharmacy visits according to monthly priorities.
• Arrange introductions and appointments with potential new customers and KOLs.
• Prepare reports and project plans for key accounts.
