Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, often in life sciences, business, marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years' experience in specialty pharmaceuticals or similar sales role.
• Proven sales skills with ability to educate physicians and influence decisions.
• Strong negotiation, prospecting, and closing abilities.
• Willingness to travel 60-80% within the territory and reside near the territory.

Responsibilities

• Promote and educate physicians on pharmacy specialty services.
• Manage assigned territory and achieve sales targets.
• Conduct presentations and provide information about services and products to physicians.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
