Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a Customer Experience/Pharmacy Support teammate in Tennessee. You will assist the pharmacist under supervision, process prescriptions, and deliver friendly checkout service to customers.

Responsibilities include maintaining store cleanliness, stocking shelves, and using store systems to ensure accurate patient information and smooth workflow. Prior retail or Walgreens experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Six months experience in retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Strong math skills for accurate prescription processing.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist under supervision in dispensing and prescription processing.
• Provide courteous, efficient checkout service and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain clean and organized counters, shelves, and displays.
• Handle cash register operations and customer transactions.
• Utilize pharmacy and store systems to enter patient and drug information.
