Job summary

Consonus Pharmacy in Minnesota is seeking a Pharmacy Director to lead our LTC operations, develop policies, and drive performance in a closed-door long-term care setting.

You will oversee direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Pharmacy, with a focus on compliant, compassionate care for residents and collaboration with care teams.

Eligible candidates are licensed pharmacists with LTC experience and at least one year of management, who value an inclusive, mission-driven workplace.

Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacist licensed in the appropriate state.
• Experience in a Long-Term Care pharmacy desired.
• 1 year management experience in a Long-Term Care or Pharmacy-related field.

• Formulating policies that achieve company goals and objectives.
• Analyzing activities and operations to determine department progress.
• Being responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Pharmacy.
