Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a Director of Pharmacy to lead a growing long-term care operation in Kansas.

This is a true leadership role with responsibility across the pharmacy, including pharmacists and technicians, dispensing, quality, compliance, purchasing, consulting, billing and overall performance. The ideal candidate will hold a BS Pharmacy or PharmD with an active KS license and 3–5+ years of LTC leadership, with experience guiding teams of 40–60+ people and a strong track

We’re partnering with an established and growing long-term care pharmacy seeking a Director of Pharmacy to lead pharmacy operations and a strong, experienced team.

This is a true leadership role with responsibility across the operation — including pharmacists and technicians, dispensing, quality, compliance, purchasing, consulting, billing and overall pharmacy performance.

We’re looking for a leader who understands long-term care pharmacy, knows how to build and support great teams, and can balance operational excellence with outstanding service.

What we’re looking for:

• BS Pharmacy or PharmD with active pharmacist license in state of KS
• 3–5+ years of LTC pharmacy operations leadership experience
• Proven leadership experience with teams of 40-60+ people.
• Strong knowledge of LTC pharmacy regulations and compliance
• Operationally sharp, dependable and team-oriented
