Job summary

PharmcareUSA is seeking a knowledgeable, energetic, full-time Pharmacist to become a member of our team as a Pharmacy Director. You will oversee all day-to-day pharmacy operations and manage a highly trained staff in the pharmacy.

The ideal candidate will have pharmacy management skills, strong communication, clinical pharmacy expertise, and a congenial personality. Experience in long term care, assisted living and hospice is preferred but not required for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum BS degree in Pharmacy, with Doctorate Degree preferred.
• Active pharmacist license in the state(s) where the pharmacy operates; may require multiple state licenses.
• Strong leadership to supervise staff and oversee daily operations.
• Excellent customer service and communication with facilities, physicians and internal personnel.
• Strong computer and math skills to enter prescriptions and manage costs.
• Critical thinking to evaluate pros/cons of alternatives and solutions.
