The ideal candidate has 5+ years in pharmacy operations leadership, a PharmD or Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, and a strong track record in high-volume settings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Director/Manager of Pharmacy Operations experience.
• Pharmacy license without restrictions.
• Experience in high-volume LTC pharmacy operations beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Ensure prescriptions are input, filled, and dispensed accurately and on time.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels to meet budget and service goals.
• Ensure operations comply with state and federal regulations.
• Develop supervisory staff and provide directions as needed.
• Oversee inventory and purchasing of drugs and supplies.
