Community Care Cooperative (C3) seeks a Site Director for the Health Center Pharmacy to lead daily operations, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and act as Pharmacist in Charge. You will collaborate with CPC, CPC pharmacy leadership, and health center teams to advance patient-centered care and program goals.

The role requires DC pharmacist licensure, 5+ years of supervision in retail/outpatient pharmacy, and strong financial/operational acumen to manage PBM, 340B, and vendor relations.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of retail/outpatient pharmacy experience as a supervisor or manager.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with health center staff and supervise personnel.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations, clinical and business performance at the health center.
• Manage PBM and third-party agreements with adherence criteria.
• Supervise pharmacists and technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
• Oversee outpatient inventory purchasing to control costs and meet dispensing needs.
• Oversee the health center's 340B program and collaborate with CPC and Health Center leadership.
• Develop policies and procedures aligning with regulatory requirements for retail pharmacy services.
• Collaborate with finance to produce monthly accounting reports; present service line results.
