Guardian Pharmacy, LLC is seeking a highly organized Pharmacy Tech - Data Entry II to join our Oklahoma City team. You will enter new and refilled prescriptions, verify details, and support data entry operations with accuracy and speed.

Responsibilities include triaging faxes, documenting notes, and communicating with customers to ensure top‑level service. Prior data entry in a long-term care setting is preferred for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Pharmacy technician license/certification is required per state.
• National Certification (PTCB) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter new and refilled prescriptions into the pharmacy system accurately and timely.
• Triage incoming faxes to ensure timely dispensing and follow up as needed.
• Communicate with customers by phone, providing courteous service and resolving issues.
