Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter new and refill prescriptions into the operating system accurately and timely.
• Triage incoming fax prescriptions to ensure timely dispensing.
• Maintain proper notes and cycle fill coding in the system.
• Calculate and verify correct dosages based on prescriptions.
• Provide caring, courteous responses to customer calls and route as needed.
• Assist with filing, packaging, inventory, and processing of prescriptions as needed.
