Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy Services in Oklahoma City is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to enter and process prescriptions in our operating system with speed and accuracy. You will communicate with customers by phone and respond promptly to their needs, ensuring top-level service within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and Pharmacy Technician certification per state requirements; national certification (PTCB) is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (per state requirements)
• Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration (per state requirements); National Certification preferred (PTCB)

Responsibilities

• Enter new and refill prescriptions accurately in the operating system
• Triage incoming fax prescriptions for timely dispensing
• Verify dosage calculations based on prescriptions
• Respond to customer calls with care and courtesy
• Maintain notes in computer and cycle fill coding
• Meet established accuracy and productivity levels
