The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. Monday-Friday schedule, full-time, non-exempt role within Specialty Operations.

Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacy Technician required or in good standing.
• Data entry experience within healthcare or pharmacy environment preferred.
• Experience with healthcare operations or pharmacy support is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team-oriented and dependable with a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update patient, prescription, and program information in internal systems.
• Review records for completeness and data accuracy.
• Maintain detailed documentation and notes to support operational workflows.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams and external partners as needed.
• Process requests and updates while adhering to procedures and turnaround times.
• Utilize multiple systems concurrently to manage workload efficiently.
• Identify and escalate issues impacting service levels or data integrity.
• Communicate with patients, providers, and external pharmacies by phone to obtain, verify, and update information.
