Qualifications

• 1-3 years of data entry, healthcare operations, or related field.
• Experience in high-volume operational environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update patient, prescription, and program information in internal systems.
• Review records for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain documentation to support workflows.
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners as needed.
• Process requests and updates within procedures and turnaround times.
• Use multiple systems to manage workload efficiently.
• Identify issues impacting service levels or data integrity.
• Communicate with patients, providers, and external pharmacies to verify/update information.
