• Interpret sig codes and ensure proper data entry of instructions.
• Collaborate with pharmacy, operations, and customer service teams.
• Maintain HIPAA and regulatory compliance for patient information.
• Monitor and prioritize prescription workflow to meet productivity targets.
• Identify recurring processing issues and escalate as needed.
• Provide internal and external support for prescription processing inquiries.
• Assist with departmental projects and other duties as assigned.
