Job summary

Lockton Companies in Kansas City, MO seeks a data analytics professional to support client reporting from the internal pharmacy data warehouse. You will learn and perform pricing rebates, ensure data quality, and deliver actionable insights to consultants and account executives.

Collaboration with Operations and Consulting is essential. You will develop financial models, manage client data, and help maintain timelines for RFPs, renewals and project milestones, while interpreting contract terms

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience in the insurance industry.
• 1-2 years’ experience in the insurance industry, specifically in employee welfare benefits or pharmacy data analytics.
• Knowledge of the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) industry preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to develop relationships with multiple clients.
• Ability to interact with vendors effectively.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce and quality check monthly and quarterly report books for clients from our internal pharmacy data warehouse.
• Review data for reasonableness, and validate data against KPIs from the PBM vendor.
• Learn to perform pharmacy pricing guarantee reconciliations for clients quarterly and annually.
• Navigate Lockton’s internal pharmacy data warehouse and pull routine and ad hoc reporting.
• Develop financial models and reports for clients and consultants, provide interpretation and recommendations.
• Oversee servicing of a designated book of business across marketing, claims, reporting and administration.
• Track day-to-day client issues and assist team members in closing out open items.
• Build and maintain internal timelines for projects such as RFPs, renewals and reporting.
• Interpret client contracts, identify gaps and maintain Terms in database.
