Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment (preferred).
• Prior Walgreens experience (preferred).
• Good math skills to fill prescriptions accurately (preferred).
• Good computer skills (preferred).
• Knowledge of store inventory control (preferred).
• PTCB certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
• Register customer purchases on the cash register, handle refunds and exchanges.
• Assist pharmacists in dispensing prescriptions and maintaining workflow under supervision.
• Maintain clean, organized, and merchandised store environment.
• Process third-party prescription claims and clerical duties as needed.
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
