Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Assists pharmacist under direct supervision in processing prescriptions and using pharmacy systems.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Recommends items for sale and assists customers in locating products; performs stock and shelf maintenance.
• Completes store tasks such as cleaning, merchandising, inventory checks, and ensuring proper pricing.
• Handles non-pharmacist calls and supports pharmacy workflow and documentation.
