Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate to provide courteous service at the register and assist the pharmacist under supervision with prescription processing.

You will help customers find products, stock shelves, and ensure accuracy in dispensing and transactions in a fast-paced retail environment. The role requires strong English communication, flexibility for evenings/weekends, and basic math and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends.
• Prefer six months retail experience.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math skills for prescriptions.
• Good computer skills.
• Knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist under supervision with prescription processing.
• Provide courteous, customer checkout and service.
• Maintain shelves, price merchandise, and keep store clean.
• Handle returns, exchanges and refunds.
• Support inventory management and paperwork.
• Process third party claims for prescription services.
