Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer to have prior work experience with Walgreens.
• Prefer good math skills for filling prescriptions accurately.
• Prefer good computer skills.
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
• Prefer PTCB certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists under supervision to dispense prescriptions using pharmacy systems.
• Provide courteous, efficient checkout service and assist customers at the counter.
• Help with inventory management and merchandising to maintain store standards.
• Process claims and handle pharmacy-related clerical tasks as directed.
