Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy Associate to support customer service and assist pharmacists with dispensing and related tasks. You will register purchases, assist with OTC needs, and help maintain accurate inventory and merchandising.

Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required. Role involves working under supervision in a retail pharmacy, using store systems, and providing courteous service to customers and patients.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
• Prefer good math skills for filling prescriptions.
• Prefer good computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist pharmacist under supervision in dispensing and related pharmacy tasks.
• Register sales and process purchases at the register, handling refunds and exchanges.
• Maintain pleasant store appearance, merchandising, inventory、and price accuracy.
• Provide customer service in photo area and assist in web order pickup.
• Support Pharmacy Manager with workflow and inventory management.
