• Computer skills and store inventory knowledge preferred.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, friendly service at the register.
• Assist pharmacists in dispensing prescriptions under supervision.
• Enter patient and drug information in pharmacy systems.
• Process refunds, exchanges, and voids as needed.
• Maintain clean, merchandised counters and shelves.
• Assist with inventory management and price checks.
• Handle phone calls to physicians when needed.
• Contribute to customer service and store standards.
